This car started its life as a 300HP 327. The car was sourced from Texas. Coming from
Texas the car had a nice clean and rust free frame. The original body had no prior body
damage, commonly referred to as a "no hit" body. The original factory air conditioning,
power brakes and factory tinted glass were retained during the restoration and virtually all of the proper
components to convert it to a L36 390 HP 427 were sourced to make it as accurate as possible.
The bodywork and Sunfire Yellow lacquer paint work was performed by Corvette expert Cliff Hall in Springfield,
Missouri. This was Cliff's last customer restoration before retiring. The restoration was completed in 2007.
The car has been driven very sparingly since. The frame and mechanical components were
rebuilt as well during the restoration process by various local shops.
Many restoration receipts are included with the sale.

Here are a couple of places where cracks are present under the rear bumper
These defects are not really visible unless you are under the car

It is hard to see in the photo but, the hood has "solvent pop" tiny blisters that
have developed since restoration was completed in 2007

The Texas no rust car before the restoration and conversion to a 427
The car was painted back to its original Sunfire Yellow.
